System Overview
The modem was developed as part of a smart metering infrastructure allowing automated remote collection of consumption data from utility meters.
Support for RS-232, RS-485 and M-Bus interfaces enabled integration with water, heat and energy measurement devices commonly used in municipal and industrial environments.
Wireless GSM connectivity allowed scalable deployment of monitoring systems while reducing manual inspection and operational maintenance costs.
